I started running in 2015 with the goal to just lose some weight and get some cardio going on. In 2014, we went to Hawaii and though I was a powerhouse, my cardio sucked and was horrible. I didn’t know what sort of app to get at the time, so a quick Google search led me to MapMyRun. A side quest that MapMyRun offers is a challenge against the year; in kilometers. The first year it was 1000 km, and then the last two years it has been 1018 and 1019.
Anyway, I did it!
